About the Role
Three Sixty is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. The role requires strong hiring capabilities, coordination skills, and attention to detail to support employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews
• Conduct HR screening rounds and candidate assessments
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Create and publish job descriptions across hiring platforms
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate induction, attendance, leave records, and probation tracking
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS
Key Requirements
• Experience in talent acquisition and HR operations
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals

About the Role
Three Sixty is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of luxury interiors, furniture, and lifestyle aesthetics. The role involves client interactions, space planning, styling, and coordinating projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Designing and conceptualizing interior spaces
• Understanding client requirements and project briefs
• Preparing layouts, mood boards, and presentations
• Coordinating with execution and production teams
• Conducting site visits and project follow-ups
• Supporting architects and corporate clients with design solutions
Preferred Skills
• Strong knowledge of Interior Design, Space Planning, and Styling
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and luxury aesthetics
• Ability to coordinate with architects, clients, and vendors
• Presentable personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to independently handle client meetings and site discussions
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and presentation software

Key Responsibilities
• Source leather, foam, metallic, and furniture accessories
• Develop and manage vendor relationships across Delhi NCR
• Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
• Coordinate with production and design teams
• Track market trends and new sourcing opportunities
• Ensure smooth material availability for production
Key Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR sourcing markets
• Experience in luxury furniture or material sourcing
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to identify reliable suppliers
• Basic understanding of furniture and leather quality standards
Preferred Skills
• Experience in leather furniture or lifestyle industry preferred
• Strong supplier network and coordination skills
