What is Threesixty’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by contacting  our customer support team at +91-7042396090. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Threesixty account in the form of a cashback.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-7042396090.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Threesixty Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account. If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.

Return and Exchange Policy

What is Threesixty’s Return and Exchange Policy?

Threesixty’s Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Threesixty within 30 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your Threesixty account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. holder must be packed in the original packaging as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team. In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item,maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.

  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed the shipping costs per order/parcel, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

Shipping Policy

  • Products will be despatched to the address specified in the Order Form only upon registration of the payment and provided effective payment of the purchase price. Delivery to PO boxes will not be allowed.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from the order confirmation with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 7 to 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination authority/customs clearance processes.

  • We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number or alternatively email us at [email protected] and we will track your shipment for you.

  • The Shipping charges are commensurate with the Value of the consignment and will be chargeable on each individual product. The same will be shown in order sheet and subsequent Invoice. The slab of charges are under and applicable on deliveries in India.

  • All domestic orders are shipped via our Courier partners. It takes 7-10 working days for domestic delivery . Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.

  • Please order from ThreeSixty with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as ThreeSixty cannot be responsible for this.

  • If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible

  • If you decide to purchase products belonging to different classes by submitting to ThreeSixty a single Order Form, you should be aware that each Product may be delivered to you on different time.

  • As ThreeSixty purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will need a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

Cash on delivery(COD) available only in Delhi & Gurgaon
